School Fees & Financing

Since the School’s creation in 1999, the École Méliès has operated as a non-profit association. This model safeguards its autonomy and pedagogical freedom, serving only the best interests of the students and their training in cinema and animation.

Internal Scholarship

Our school grants several merit scholarships. To receive a scholarship you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Already have completed at least one year in our establishment;
  • Comply with the school’s etiquette: behaviour, commitment to your work and in the school’s life, punctuality, etc.;
  • Submit your completed file on time.

The school will inform the students of the applications’ opening and closing dates. Then, a board will deliberate over the granting of a scholarship for the forthcoming academic year.

The granted scholarship does not entail a cash transfer to the student. The student is informed of the board’s decision to grant a scholarship, and the amount granted will be deducted from the tuition fees for the forthcoming year. Each student is allowed to make several applications for an annual scholarship.

Banque Populaire

The partnership between the École Méliès and the Banque Populaire (Orly Agency) eases the granting of loans under privileged conditions to the École Méliès’s students.
