DISCOVER ÉCOLE MÉLIÈS
On Saturday 7 November 2026, from 10am to 5pm, École Méliès opens its doors. Come and visit the Orly campus, meet our students and teaching staff, and explore our three courses: Animated Image Artisan, Artisan of Cinema and the Fine Arts Preparatory Year.
You will discover the teaching approach at the heart of the school, the craft of the image: understanding and mastering your tools before automating them, learning the gesture before the effect.
COURSES ON SHOW
Animated Image Artisan
Our flagship course in 3D animated film and digital visual effects (VFX), from concept through to final render.
Artisan of Cinema
The technical and artistic course devoted to live-action filmmaking: camera, lighting, editing and colour grading.
Fine Arts Preparatory Year
A foundation year to build your artistic portfolio and pass the entrance exams of art schools.
A full immersion to understand our approach to craft, see the graduation films and prepare your application for the next academic year.
